New and previously owned housing is indeed available with prices usually more reasonable than urban areas would be, clean air, good water  (so much iron that I suspect any arsenic content is extremely low), good schools and reasonable prices (If you come in from either coast expect to find a better home than you had before and put $100,000. in the bank too!  Why do people live such good lives and long lives in Hayfield?  Come on over and see for yourself why Hayfield means "home" with money in the Bank!!!!
